Are your mirrors handmade?
Yes! Each mirror is handmade to order - from the frame you hold to every rhinestone carefully placed by hand. If you choose one of our DIY kits, you will receive a mirror frame we’ve handcrafted for you, ready to decorate entirely in your own style. Every item is thoughtfully packaged by us with care.
What is the processing time?
All items are handmade with care, so processing times vary by product:
DIY Kits: Ready to ship with 3-5 business days
Handheld Mirrors: Ready to ship within up to 14 business days
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is dispatched and does not include shipping time, this may vary during busy periods
What is your shipping policy?
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked delivery to ensure safe and trackable arrival.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because our products are custom and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or faulty. That said, we are happy to look into any concerns on a case by case basis to resolve any issues, just get in touch!

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us at info@darlingxdesigns.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damage.
